I believe your body already knows how to restore.
My responsibility is to help you remove what is standing in the way.

Some things you can only learn by living them.
I know what it feels like when your body stops cooperating — the gut that won't settle, the nervous system that won't quiet, the skin that keeps reacting no matter what you try. I spent years navigating my own dysfunction before I understood what was actually driving it. That experience didn't just lead me to this work. It became the foundation of how I practice.
It also led me somewhere unexpected — into a decade inside the regenerative food and clean living world, at EPIC Provisions, Force of Nature Meats, and Toups & Co Organics. I watched what happened when people lived closer to how they were designed to. Real food, clean environments, systems that support the body instead of quietly working against it. What I learned there shaped everything about how I work with clients today. The foundation is everything. What you build on determines what holds.
Today I run Wild Origins Wellness — a functional nutrition practice working virtually with clients across the country — and The Revive Collective, built for the person who wants to feel as rooted in their life as they do in their health. Community, retreat, and the slower kind of strength.
I'm trained through the Nutritional Therapy Association, Institute of Restorative Health, Wholistic Health Blood Chemistry, and Total Tox Mastery. But more than the certifications, I bring the experience of someone who has done this work on herself first.
When I'm not with clients, you'll find me on a trail, in the gym, in the kitchen, or somewhere outside with my dogs. I live the philosophy I practice. That part has never been separate from the work.
To help people understand what their body is actually asking for.
Wild Origins Wellness exists to remove what stands between a person and their body's ability to restore. Through functional insight, foundational practices, and non-toxic living — we give the body the right inputs and trust the intelligence already within it to do the rest.
A world where people stop chasing symptoms and start tending to the terrain. Where restoration is understood as the goal — not suppression. Where the body is trusted as intelligent. Where foundations come before protocols, and the whole person is seen — not just the symptom.
That is the world Wild Origins is working toward. One client at a time.
What I believe
The body was designed to restore
I believe this to my core. The body carries an innate intelligence — a wisdom that is not random but purposefully placed. My role is not to override it. It is to support it, clear the path, and help guide my clients in the right direction.
Symptoms are not the enemy
Symptoms are the body asking for something. When I address the root of what's causing them — not just their expression — real restoration becomes possible.
I focus on the full picture
I use functional lab testing — bloodwork, HTMA, GI-MAP, EMMA, and Total Tox panels — not to chase numbers but to read the body's story. Testing is strategic, not excessive. Data serves the person, not the other way around.
Right inputs, right outcomes
The body restores when it is properly nourished, supported, and freed from burden. Food, environment, sleep, sunlight, minerals, nervous system regulation — these are not soft suggestions. They are the work.
Non-Toxic Living Is Non-Negotiable
The environment we live in is part of our health. What we put on, in, and around our bodies sends a constant signal to every system. I take that seriously — in my own life and in the work I do with clients.
I See the Whole Person
Health is not only physical. It is emotional, energetic, relational, and spiritual. I don't separate the body from the person living inside it. All of it matters. All of it is welcome here.
Simplicity Over Noise
The wellness space is loud. I resist the trends, the shortcuts, and the quick fix. The most powerful changes are almost always the most foundational. They are the groundwork. I come back to that, again and again.
This work is sacred to me
To sit with someone in their restoration journey is something I don't take lightly. I hold the trust, the vulnerability, and the willingness to do the work — with care, every time.
